  2. Deep condition your hair.
  3. Apply a face mask.
  4. Turn off your phone.
  5. Escape with a tv show.
  6. Light a candle.
  7. Paint your nails.
  8. Color.
  9. Write in a journal.
  10. Have your favorite dessert.
  11. Listen to your favorite songs.
  12. Take a deep breath and put things into perspective.
  13. Go for a drive.
  14. Have a cup of tea.
  15. Go for a run.
