I found out the truths about some healthy eating myths and wanted to share them with you.
Myth 1: You shouldn’t eat after 6 PM. Truth 1: It’s not a good idea to eat a lot 3-4 hours before sleep.
Myth 2: Brown bread is healthier than white. Truth 2: The calories in brown and white bread are roughly the same.
Myth 3: You can drink as much freshly-squeezed juice as you like. Truth 3: You shouldn’t drink more than 3 glasses a day.
Myth 4: You can eat sushi when you’re on a diet. Truth 4: The cheese, mayonnaise and soy sauce in sushi contain a lot of calories.
Myth 5: Chocolate is bad for your figure. Truth 5: A piece of dark chocolate is good for you.
Myth 6: Eating less will make you thinner. Truth 6: Eating 5-6 times a day will make you thinner.
Myth 7: You should drink 1.5-2 litres a day. Truth 7: You should drink as much as your body requires.
Myth 8: Brown sugar is healthier than white sugar. Truth 8: Brown and white sugar are equally bad for you.

Today I have a short, extra post. I just wanted to announce that my Ski Trip Stories start tomorrow! I’m going to post 1 day a day so it’s kinda like I’m there.
I’m not going to say ‘today I did …’ like it’s the day itself because that is a little weird. Or should I? Maybe that’s what you guys like.

Today (I’m writing this at the 17th of February) I went to the hospital. I didn’t get rushed there or anything, we made an appointment to go there.
So what the problem is, is that my bones are younger then me. I am really short because of this, which I don’t see as a problem but I think there is something bad about it though. Sometimes when I was my hands, they get wrinkled. Like when you go swimming or take a really long shower/bath. And also when I smile the skin around my eyes acts weird. I don’t know if that has something to do with it but I’ll keep you updated about that.
Also, I am sick at the moment. I’m having a really high fever and I am sweaty and very dizzy. This isn’t the worst, I know, but it’s really annoying since I’m going to a soccer/football match to sell stuff for charity.
I’ll keep you updated if I make it or not!
So I wanted to talk about ‘my identity’ today. I said before that I don’t want to show my face or tell you my real name but I think I’m going to do that!
I don’t know when yet, but I want to get my hair ‘transformated’ and show you guys, but I can’t really do that without taking a picture, where my face will show.
So I talked about permanently curling my hair before, but I don’t think that’s the right hairdo for me. I think I just want to cut it short, so my hair stops at my shoulders. I have a picture, on this picture you can see what I want my hair to look like.
I really love it, I think this is really it. But do you guys think it’s cool? Let me know!
I really need a new hobby. I’m not doing one at the moment but I really want to! As you probably read in the title, I want to try boxing. I don’t know why it came to me, but it did. 🙂
So I don’t want to learn to fight, but like, fitness boxing. So not in a boxing ring and getting beaten up because my dad would never allow that. I can do this in my town but I want to know if it’s a good idea. I’d really like it but my dad says I should wait because they may not do this in the summer break, and I think it’s only once a week. You need to buy a card so you can go 20 times. So I won’t be able to go 20 times yet.
