10 Good Habits

Hey guys,

This post was inspired by my English book since this was in there 🙂

  1. Wake up early in the morning
  2. Have breakfast
  3. Drink 2 litres of water every day
  4. Go outside
  5. Limit your screen time to one hour
  6. Take short nap in the evening
  7. Exercise
  8. Brush your teeth
  9. Read a book before you go to sleep
  10. Go to bed early
